you can already guess what I am going to talk about the melody so let's put that aside
the theme of the track isn't stable, you have this very happy arpeggio (at this point, it's an arp, it's not a melody anymore) but then you have those dark atmospheric pads, drums, and winds, and it is unnecessary. And I feel like the arp and the pads don't go well together in terms of scales, For example, the arp goes in C Maj but the pads go in C Min.
I like the intro, but I wish it was used more.
the final thing, next time, please fade out the audio, or at least have some reverb, you can't just let it be cut like that outro.

Arika2 responds:

Yah... thank you :P

it has good mix, and instruments, I like the intense intro and the fast-paced arpeggio running from left to right.
The problem is the compression/mastering, make sure to prioritize the vocals more next time ;)
Also, the first build-up and the drop don't go well to each other, one that is intense, one that is straight-up relaxing.
One final note, don't ya think that this is too much for a liquid DnB? I mean, liquid sounds more minimal, I'd say this is normal DnB

ProjectSoary responds:

Thanks for the review! Much appreciated.

whooooooooooooooo
what a journey amirite
this song really drives me through a story, the introduction of the protagonist, something happened so it builds up to the second drop aka the first incident, then the protagonist thought he had done, but he hadn't reached the final boss, and this is where i appreciate you, the fourth and final drop is way intense than the others.
(at least that's what i think)

the song has many moods, scary, intense, emotional, yet it has the same theme as DnB, and I like that
the 04:30 part is just simply beautiful
oh yeah, forgot to mention, I like your creativity in using various samples, drums, especially the man screaming lmao, I wonder how long did It take you to finish it?
My man this is high quality music, you should get more notice, you're underrated af ;)

Zerisan responds:

Thank you for taking the time to analyze all of this, really love your theatrical interpretation.
Track took around 13 hours total to finish.

to start, i wanna suggest you have an fx that leads up to the intro because for me, the intro just started surprisingly lmao, It gives me heart-attack
Overall, this can be called a video game, but it is also fair to call it experimental cuz the drum pattern
talking about the drums, while they are bit-crushed, i highly suggest that you should use it wisely, spamming it doesn't sound right.
But, there are uniqueness and creativity on the melody, like the running notes :)

another masterpiece :D
the start gives me the vibes of standing on a beach
calming piano, classical instrument, key changes...
I love the voice, as well as the choir, it helps the mood of the track to be positive a lot

I do not expect anything good from an experimental track, but this doesn't sound logical to me
first of all, I like the dark and weird atmosphere of it
the drums are odd, you should have moved the whole drum to a place, in this case, the kick is played in the left ear while the snare isn't. It's very odd.
I'd suggest having the bass played in an octave higher, this sounds like someone's vomiting lol

the mix is clean, it is overall chill and relaxing, the instruments are well-played together.
I'd say that these kinds of music tend to be BGM, you listen to it while doing homework, or heck, this song can be played in an RPG game.
Parts like 1:13 are quite surprising. But sure enough, they are unique.
