[Melodic dubstep WIP]

do you know what melodic dubstep exactly is?

Dubstep with melodic elements :/ Im a brostep/riddim producer. Im not the best at melodic dubstep. Just because it isnt like melodic dubstep from 2 years ago doesnt mean it isnt melodic dubstep. And its a subgenre so its not all songs are the same.

Yeah it's not as polished as it could be, but that's bcs I'm working on multiple bigger projects and this is just a quick funny project

it is an overall good track
i suggest adding more variation tbh not just that one bass, try plucky plucks, 8 bits and all of that shits
btw, i think the bass (not the growl bass) was kinda weak, when the chords hit, i couldn't hear the bass at first, make sure to layer another bass or increase its volume ;)

Welp...the 8 bit and pluck aspects are things you can blame me for, but the rest is on Elexco since those parts were all him. :/

use another plugin instead, because, y'know, fl keys is bad
i suggest adding transition such as fx, impacts, white noise
and one of the most important thing: sidechain

even if you didnt ask, i say, you should sidechain the hi hats too

intro bass was kinda catchy
next part was kinda boring, you wanna know why?
hint: it has only one preset
legend had it that you should always stack the layer. I'm here to tell that legend has its facts straight.
but one thing im glad at you is that you didnt fully just copy and paste the whole track, you did add some variations for the 2nd drop!
